Shipping Policy

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days. During peak periods, allow up to 5 days. Standard shipping in Australia takes 3-7 business days; express takes 1-3 days.

We ship internationally (7-21 business days). Rates calculated at checkout. Duties/taxes are customer's responsibility.

Made-to-order pieces may require 2-4 weeks before dispatch. Missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur redelivery fees.

We're not responsible for postal/custom delays but will assist wherever possible.
