Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in every BHUNA piece. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items, custom garments, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Australian customers will receive a return label via email. A $9.95 handling fee will be deducted. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days (2-5 days during sales). Free exchanges (up to 2 per order) are available. Instant exchanges ship immediately if card details are provided; if not returned in 14 days, charges apply.

Color variation may occur due to lighting or screen display. Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days. Discount codes can't be applied in the return portal. Gift cards are refunded first if mixed payment was used.
